I work with founder-led companies that have reached the point where growth, complexity, and execution are starting to outpace the leadership team’s ability to operate effectively together.

My work focuses on strengthening leadership team effectiveness, accountability, operating discipline, and execution clarity, so scaling no longer depends on the CEO pushing everything forward.


Scaling complexity compounds quickly, and none of it is unique to any company. In fact, it's predictable and fixable. 

I’ve spent the past 8 years working with ambitious CEOs and leadership teams across both traditional and VC-backed companies in Europe and the US, including businesses backed by investors such as Union Square Ventures, YCombinator, Atomico, Entrepreneur First, Coatue, Mercia, Notion, and Greycroft. I’ve also been part of the a16z coach network, the Founders Forum / Tech Nation Future Fifty program for scaleups, and the judging panels for Business Leader’s Go:Tech and Scale-Up Awards in the UK.

Before moving into advisory work, I spent years operating inside fast-growing technology environments, including Google (I ran the OKR process for the Global Business org), YouTube and SoftBank (I helped to scale Ops and the team from 4 to 200+), where I worked closely with large-scale operating systems, cross-functional execution, and leadership support.

 

I have seen and practiced firsthand what good looks like. Not just in theory, but in practice.

 

My approach combines operator experience, years of pattern recognition across scaling companies, and proven operating principles adapted to each company’s stage and leadership reality.

I also co-founded a psychometric profiling startup earlier in my career, which deepened my understanding of leadership behavior, team dynamics, and founder psychology under pressure.
